CUSTOMER SUCCESS ASSOCIATE
As a Viewlogies "View Concierge" or virtual success specialist, you’ll play an instrumental role in scaling our customers' efforts to serve families during a funeral or memorial service. The engagements with our customers will focus on initial customer onboarding as well as continued account optimization, and will include both personalized one-to-one conversations and one-to-many meetings.
The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem solver who enjoys helping customers about topics both big and small.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with Funeral Directors and Family Counselors to work together on how to deliver funeral streaming in order to go above and beyond

Execute excellent conversation and presentation skills to keep customers engaged, even in virtual settings

Conduct virtual meetings both one-on-one and at-scale to measure impact and efficacy

Maintain a high level of integrity, empathy, and business acumen across multiple customers at one time, connecting trends as you go
Who You are

1+ years interacting with customers in a Sales, Marketing, Success, or Training role

Self-starter with strong project management skills and an ability to multitask

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as eloquent writing skills
